How We Conduct Business at
Seven Quails
We ask our guests to please review and accept our
policies at the time of reservation.
•
Room Accommodations
– There is a limit of two persons per room.
•
Minimum Stay
– There is a two night minimum stay but single
evening stay are accepted on weekday evenings
(Monday thru Wednesday). Single evening
bookings are accepted on weekends provided we have
already accepted a two evening booking for the
weekend in question (Thursdays thru Sundays).

we try to clear-up the confusion. NOTE:
There is a single evening surcharge of $40.00 to
cover the additional cost for single evening room
servicing.

Payment - We do business the old
fashioned way: checks or cash. Sorry, no
credit cards.
•
Check In
– Usual check-in time is between 3:00 and 7:00 PM. A
later check-in time is available by special
arrangement.

Check Out
–
We ask our guests to vacate their rooms by eleven
o'clock so that they are cleaned
and ready for those that follow.
•
Smoking
– As a courtesy to our other guests and for the
safety of the local environment, smoking is not
permitted in doors. We have a designated
"Smokers Haven" outside which those that must do.
•
Cancellation
– Seven Quails bookings are usually received several
weeks in advance. Last minute cancellations limit
our ability to remarket the room. Cancellations received not later than
14 days before your arrival date are charged the full amount of your stay
unlrss the cancellation is for cause, i.e.,
sickness, family tragedy, etc.. Cancellations
may be subject to a $25
service fee.

Early Departures
– you are responsible for the entire booked stay
should you depart earlier than
intended. You are charged accordingly.
•
Regarding Pets
– Kay, the local vineyard Lab, along with
Sasha and Orangina, the terrors of the local
gophers, eventually greet you. While they mix well
with humans and each other, other canine and feline
friends pose a potential a problem so we limit pets
to those presently on-hand.
•
Cell Phone Use
– Cell phone service is excellent on the property.
We ask that out of respect for others that you limit your cell phone use to within
confines of your suite.

Security
– Seven Quails is a controlled,
gated and fenced property
with limited access. See the satellite

Maps for a better understanding.
Access to the property is restricted to registered
guests. Our guests are provided keys to the front
door and their suite.
•
Wi-Fi Internet Access
– If you absolutely must this service is available
without charge.
•
Rates are subject to change without notice
- but we only intend to make yearly adjustments so
if
you check the rates before you finally book you are
OK. Reservations once booked and secured with
a deposit are honored at the quoted rate.
